E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) Error

If you tried to install new app on terminal on your Ubuntu operating system you might encounter the below error.It stops us from installing new applications via terminal.

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
